The United States of America flawed from its inception

got wrong What True Religious Freedom is, the duty of man due in justice and love to his God and Maker deriving from the first commandment1:

The Lord our God, the Lord is one; and you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength. – Cf. Mk 12:29-31 (RSVCE)

Then the United States of America is foundationally flawed.

Unless the Lord builds the house, those who build it labor in vain.

What Is True Religious Freedom?

I am afraid that this article has failed to articulate what True Religious Freedom is. It is:

The oath the LORD our God swore to our Father Abraham: to set us free from the hands of our enemies, free to worship him – in Spirit and in Truth [cf. Jn 4:23-24 (RSVCE)] – without fear, holy and righteous in his sight all the days of our life. – cf. Canticle of Zechariah. [see also Benedictus | Canticles | liturgies.net].

It is not:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof[.]

This comment should … manifest the error of U.S. Constitution – Amendment 1.

The action required of the State in True Freedom of Religion is to foster [and not hinder] the Catholic Faith and to allow all her citizens free access to it.
